- Handle customer service claims for both on-site and walk-in cases.Analyze problems and perform troubleshooting via phone or on-site with installers or customers to ensure quick resolution.
- Prepare Quality Product Information Sheets after each repair and share with the direct supervisor
- Manage customer inquiries and provide first-call resolution to build customer trust and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate service records, including repair logs, spare part usage, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly service reports for submission to supervisor and manager.
- Set and monitor personal KPIs in alignment with company direction and service quality goals.
- Support continuous improvement of service quality and provide feedback to enhance customer experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field
- 1–3 years of experience in product servicing, technical support, or customer service (preferably with electrical or home appliances).
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure.
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Good command of English
