Responsibilities and Duties
  • Handle customer service claims for both on-site and walk-in cases.Analyze problems and perform troubleshooting via phone or on-site with installers or customers to ensure quick resolution.
  • Prepare Quality Product Information Sheets after each repair and share with the direct supervisor
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide first-call resolution to build customer trust and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate service records, including repair logs, spare part usage, and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly service reports for submission to supervisor and manager.
  • Set and monitor personal KPIs in alignment with company direction and service quality goals.
  • Support continuous improvement of service quality and provide feedback to enhance customer experience
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field
  • 1–3 years of experience in product servicing, technical support, or customer service (preferably with electrical or home appliances).
  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Good command of English
