We are seeking a highly persuasive, empathetic, and results-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our redevelopment project team at The Peak. This role involves direct engagement with clients to explain and encourage participation of developer initiatives.
You will be the key liaison between the project team and clients, ensuring each is guided smoothly through the sales process.
A Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is a professional who focuses on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with a company's clients. They act as a point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience. CRMs play a vital role in client retention and driving business growth by fostering loyalty and understanding client needs.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Cultivating strong, trust-based relationships with owners, tenants, hotel guests through regular communication and personalized interactions.
- Understanding Client Needs: Identifying and understanding client needs, goals, and expectations to provide tailored solutions and support.
- Facilitating Communication: Acting as a liaison between the client and the company, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Driving Client Satisfaction: Implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Identifying Opportunities: Recognizing opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or expand the client relationship.
- Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, such as sales, front office, leasing, marketing, and property management team to align services with client needs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing client data, generating reports, and using insights to improve client experiences.
- Skills and Qualifications: The ability to build rapport, understand client perspectives, and manage relationships with empathy and professionalism.
- Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus).
- Excellent Communication Skills:
- Prior experience in sales, customer relationship management, or real estate preferred.
- Able to present complex offers in a clear, persuasive, and reassuring manner.
- Knowledge of property laws and market dynamics is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional demeanor and trustworthy conduct.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport and conveying information effectively.
