• Maintain records/send requisition for spare parts.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
• Delivering information about a company’s offerings
• Providing proactive customer outreach

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related fields.

1-2 years relevant experiences.

Effective communication in English.

Possesses strong customer relationship building skill.

Properly interact with customers and our principals.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
