The Guest Experience Manager leads our talented young Guest Experience team to provide an award- winning, world-class luxury experience to our guests.

From the moment they set foot on the island until the moment they wave goodbye, the Assistant Guest Experience Manager will be the bridge between strategy and daily delivery of guest intimacy. You will support the Guest Experience department in leading Villa Hosts and guest-facing teams, ensuring that every guest journey is seamless, personal, and infused with Song Saa's values of sustainability, compassion, and cultural pride. This role is both operational and inspirational: you will manage systems, mentor people, and curate moments that become lifelong memories.

• Oversee daily guest operations, ensuring smooth arrivals, personalised itineraries, and graceful departures.
• Guide, coach, and inspire Villa Hosts to deliver service that is warm, intuitive, and culturally resonant.
• Monitor and refine guest touchpoints, from in-villa experiences to island-wide activities.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively coordinate with departments to exceed expectations.
• Lead empathetic, timely, and solution-focused service recovery when challenges arise.
• Maintain strong guest relationships, ensuring concerns are addressed with dignity and discretion.
• Assist in preparing daily reports, guest profiles, and operational updates.
• Assist in designing and refining guest activities, rituals, and cultural experiences.
• Track guest preferences, special occasions, and repeat-guest histories to personalise future stays.
• Contribute to inspection frameworks and checklists for guest-facing areas.

• 2-4 years' experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or guest experience leadership
• Strong communication skills in Khmer and English (additional languages a plus)
• Emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and a natural ability to connect with people
• A passion for sustainability, community engagement, and cultural storytelling
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
• Confidence in handling service recovery with grace and professionalism
