· Manage project sampling
· Call verification consumer promotion, sampling, and another relevant project
· Answer consumer’s question/inquiry related to product and service
· Daily/weekly/monthly report
· Other tasks assigned by manager.
· Bachelor Degree in any related fields.
· 1‐2 years' experience in Call Center, Contact Center, Customer Service, Customer Care, Receptionist or relevant experience.
· Motherhood is preferable.
· Knowledge in Nutrition is preferable.
· Good knowledge of Ms. Office, Internet and Email.
· Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal and engage with people of all kinds.
· Adaptability and be able to work under pressure.
