The Passenger Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of passenger train operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high service standards. This includes managing train conductors, coordinating passenger train scheduling, supervising train cleanliness, overseeing the passenger train and ensuring smooth daily operations.
· ensure passenger trains are safe, clean, hygiene and technically fit for operation
· Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly passenger train schedules
· Work closely with train control operations to ensure smooth operations and efficient passenger train movement
· Implement and monitor speed restrictions for passenger trains to ensure compliance with safety regulations
· Develop and manage emergency response procedure for passenger train operations
· Oversee and manage all types of passenger train services to ensure seamless operations
· Monitor and check train crews and train conductor(s) before, during, and after operations with clear reporting and documentation.
· Manage the cleaning team, including scheduling and roster management
· Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for cleaning and hygiene
· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across all passenger train carriages, railway stations, platforms, workshops, and the head office.
. Manage the passenger train cafe
· Ensure high customer service standards are maintained in the passenger train
· Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
· Develop emergency response plans and ensure train conductors are trained accordingly
· Evaluate and monitor train conductors’ duties and performance, ensuring compliance with service and safety standards.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Transportation, or a related field.
