- Pre-Installation Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough site surveys and engage directly with retailers to understand their unique operational requirements, product categories, and specific needs prior to the Company's Smart Shelf installation. This includes assessing space, connectivity, and any other relevant factors.
- App Training & Support: Provide comprehensive, hands-on training to retailers and their staff on how to effectively use the Company's application for inventory management, sales tracking, and other platform features. Offer ongoing support to address any technical queries or usage challenges.
- Product Onboarding & Inventory Management: Guide and assist retailers in accurately onboarding their products onto the Company's inventory system. Ensure proper categorization, pricing, and product data entry to maintain a robust and accurate inventory.
- Encouraging Online Sales: Actively encourage and educate retailers on the benefits and methods of selling their products online through the Company's platform. Provide guidance on optimizing product listings for online visibility and driving digital sales.
- Feedback & Reporting: Collect feedback from retailers regarding their experience and challenges, relaying insights back to internal teams (e.g., product development, Key Account Team) to drive continuous improvement. Provide regular reports on onboarding progress and retailer engagement.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail operations, field support, or onboarding.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort with mobile applications and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and patiently.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot common issues.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a schedule effectively.
- Fluency in Khmer and English (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
- Experience with site surveys or field assessments is a plus.
- A passion for helping local businesses grow and embrace technology.
