- Translate documents from Chinese to Khmer and from Khmer to Chinese.
- Be able to travel up and down to site once in a while in Oddo Meanchey province.
- Translate during meetings with government.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations for both office and site facilities.
- Supervise administrative staff, cleaners, drivers, and security personnel.
- Ensure office supplies, utilities, and maintenance are well-managed and cost-efficient.
- Coordinate maintenance of office buildings, worker accommodation, power plant site facilities, and company-owned properties.
- Organize space planning and support workplace safety and housekeeping in coordination.
- Manage company vehicles, drivers, travel arrangements for staff, and fuel usage, ensuring proper records and schedules.
- Ensure proper recordkeeping of administrative documents, including lease agreements, contracts, permits, and licenses.
- Prepare monthly reports on admin expenses, assets, and activities.
- Liaise with local authorities for business permits, land use approvals, licenses, and other compliance documentation.
- Take minute and translate during meeting with authorities.
- Assist with labor inspections, site visits, and community relations related to administrative activities.
- Support procurement of office/admin-related items (furniture, supplies, etc.).
- Other tasks assigned by top management
- Strong Chinese language
- English language is a plus
- Minimum 3 years in administration, facilities, or site operations management
- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel
