Working Hour

Monday to Friday:

• Morning: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
• Afternoon: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Saturday: 08:00 am to 12:00 pm

Location: Phnom Penh

Salary: Negotiable

• Welcoming visitors and responding their inquiries in a helpful and welcoming manner
• Provide insightful information about CAM-ASEAN’s courses and programs
• Ensure the registration for the students is accurate
• Ensure accurate payment for the courses and books
• Update student data in the system
• Upload student’s photo in the system
• Ensure a smooth process of student placement test and interview
• Ensure silence and a good environment is maintained during the taking of placement test
• Handle complaints and able to provide deliver solutions to students/ clients
• In charge of student request such as leave form, shift change and other
• Call students regarding to their attendance, payments, school event or news and other issues
• Ensuring that the reception area is kept smart and tidy and that noticeboards are kept up-to-date;
• Perform other tasks as assigned

• University student, or Bachelor degree in related field
• Can communicate in English and/or Chinese (Advantage)
• Have a good at communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Able to use MS Word & MS Excel
• Good at typing skill
• Flexible, honest, friendly, humble, open-minded, and willing to learn
