As a Customer Relations Officer, you will work indoors to establish relationships between our company and potential customers, including construction companies, contractors, project owners, building owners, facilities managers, and others in need of waterproofing materials and services.

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with potential customers
• Utilize our products' websites to stay up-to-date on our offerings
• Search for potential customers on yellow pages and social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
• Create a daily list of potential customers and communicate with them through social media and phone calls to schedule meetings
• Attend meetings with our Managing Director or Marketing and Sales Manager as required by management
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Khmer and English
• Adhere to management guidelines and policies
