We are seeking a highly persuasive, empathetic, and results-oriented Client Relations Executive to join our redevelopment project team at The Bridge. This role involves direct engagement with clients to explain and encourage participation of developer initiatives.

You will be the key liaison between the project team and clients, ensuring each is guided smoothly through the sales process.

• Proactively reach out to existing clients (in person, by phone, or email) to present proposals.
• Address clients’ concerns, questions, and objections with empathy and accuracy.
• Build trust and rapport with clients by understanding their expectations.
• Schedule and conduct meetings, site visits, and follow-up communications to assist clients with decision-making.
• Liaise with internal legal/admin teams to assist clients with the documentation and submission processes.
• Track all interactions and provide regular progress updates to the project manager.
• Achieve monthly sign-up targets within project timelines.

• Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus).
• Prior experience in sales, customer relationship management, or real estate preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to present complex offers in a clear, persuasive, and reassuring manner.
• Knowledge of property laws and market dynamics is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professional demeanor and trustworthy conduct.
