Outbound:
- Support Team to capture bookings when they could not finish on time.
- IDSH clean up CPF, DG requesting, e-B/L customer registration.
- Daily clean up MOC registration in CCSC “Customer Service Centre”
- Monitoring D/D billing and ensure A/R collection on time.
- Handle NCR cases, if any.
- Cross check the m/v connection by instruction to team re-nominate to the correct m/v when foresee not properly assigned as to avoid cargo long overdue at t/s port.
- Provide backup support when a CSV is absent.
- Weekly and Monthly reports to management.
Inbound:
- Monitoring D/D billing
- Remind Team to push customers if foresee any long overdue A/R>14days
- Ensure IB CSV send 1st, 2nd and final remind email together with attached file letter to customers for any undelivered cargo over 14days, 20days and 30days.
- Provide backup support when a CSV is absent.
- Monthly update long overdue containers to CCSV in HKG.
Manage Document Task (Back up):
- DSH clean up (unrated booking, create voyage control, cargo discrepancy,…etc)
- Monitor vessel schedule and inform VDC for BL ready
- Push SI
- Issue invoice
- Refresh IOCM
- IDSH Clean Up (Real time)
- Daily email handling
- Open file - SOB update
- EOV complete
- Advance manifest submission and monitor
- IOCM rejection/ Do not load handling
- Add B/L instruction
- Switch BL Handling
- Send BL draft via email for non-MOC user to customer
- BL deletion request
- Memo BL creation and follow up
- CEL review and set up in system
- Guide and monitor VBC's performance
