Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Back-Office Administrator. In this hybrid role, you will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction while also supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our back-office functions.

Responsibilities and Duties

Customer Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide prompt, professional, and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns regarding business services.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through empathetic and personalized communication.
  • Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns related to business.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve business products and service offerings.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of customer service strategies for business.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for business customers.
  • Process customer orders, subscriptions, and returns efficiently and accurately for business services.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of administrative tasks, such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence related to business operations.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed, such as business sales and accounting.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Business Management).
  • 2 years of experience in the related role.
  • Interest and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
  • Excellent public speaking and customer support skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
