- Communicate with customers and solve problems;
- Work with finance and sales and give quotations;
- Handle client reception, actively maintains customer relationships, promptly manages customer complaints, and coordinates emergency service events
- Conducts commercial negotiations for Special Economic Zone (SEZ) land leases and sales;
- Respond to inquiries from terminal clients;
- Manages commercial operations;
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, complaints, and service requests;
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business;
- Track vessel schedules, container arrivals/departures, and notify customers as needed;
- Maintain accurate customer records, transaction logs, and service reports;
- Prepare daily or weekly summaries of customer activities, complaints, and resolutions;
- Support invoicing team by confirming service charges and container statuses; and
- Other tasks assigned by management
- Strong in Chinese language
- English is an optional conversation
- Minimum 2 years in customer service, logistics, shipping, or port operations
- Experience with port terminal or shipping line operations is a strong advantage
- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel
