The Senior HR Supervisor / HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing key human resources functions, with a strong focus on Payroll Management, and Recruitment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring HR operations run efficiently and align with the company’s strategic goals.
Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including strong exposure to Payroll, and Recruitment. Experience in setting up and managing KPI frameworks.
