This position is accountable for assisting in delivering human resources support for smooth functioning of HR processes throughout the employee’s life cycle at the organization. Within this, the HR and Admin Officer will have to bring a special and strong focus and support on the recruitment process, and employee engagement, using his/her experience in recruitment sources strategies according to the open position level in order to identify the right pool of talent through the right channel.
Human Resource:
- Implement the monthly payroll, declaration for NSSF, Tax and other labor registration and reports as per Cambodian labor regulation.
- Implement the hiring as requests from Senior Managers, do the new hire orientation, prepare the labor contract and salary letter, contact Regional IT for setting up Laptop.
- Ensure HR policy, practice and documentation compliant with Local Labor regulations including maintaining employee information.
- Record, update salary, bonus, allowance, and benefits of employees for monthly payroll correctly;
- Monitor internal staffs’ time and attendance producing monthly timesheets, manage the leave record
- Interpret and convey the group policy to the employees, ensure the compliance with the local regulations.
- Participate in the group meeting/ functional meetings as well the assigned meetings.
- Make the annual budget, provide the relevant reports to group head, keep abreast of market trend and propose relevant changes to keep the talents.
Administration:
- Be the main person responsible for all the administrative tasks in office.
- Manage leasing contract, stationery, office equipment, grab account, booking hotel/flight, phone & other office costs efficiently
- Undertake daily administrative tasks of the company such as: reception, meeting organizer, and other related tasks, purchase office refreshment, organize employee events, and other logistic supports.
- Co-ordinate with other departments to organize the company events such as Outing, Regional Meeting, Year end party, etc.

- Other tasks as assigned by the management team.
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in human resource and administrative management, must have payroll and compliance process experience in accordance with the scopes role.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of Cambodian Labor Law and relevant human resource function.
- Excellent Communication Skills both English and Khmer
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Offices – Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
- Strong commitment and vision
