Project Implementing
- Collect staff information and prepare employee file
- Ensure Employment contracts and other agreements are signed and file properly
- To ensure the insurance is coverage for employee per company policy
- Filling documentation in order for each different client
- Check the monthly expenses claim from staff to ensure it is accurate and follow the company policy or agreement.
- Prepare and process payroll for employees
- Prepare payment voucher
- Calculated OT and other business claims
- Ensure all updated information is received on time from the client
- Communicating with outsourcing staff (External)
- Communication with project supervisor and client
- Issue monthly invoices to clients
- Follow up the payment
- Calculate salary and benefit tax
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisors/manager.
Team related work
- Support on administration work
- Train the intern staff if the supervisor has assigned
- Helping the team if needed
- Graduated bachelor’s degree of Business Admiration, HR, or related field.
- Good in English communication both writing and speaking
- One-to-two-year experiences in HR-payroll or similar
- Like to work with numbers and people
- Willing to work under pressure and deadline
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) — especially Excel for payroll data management.
- Ability to maintain accurate employee records in ERP or payroll systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet payroll deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills in resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees regarding payroll issues.
- Team player with good collaboration skills to support HR and Finance teams.
- Customer-service mindset when addressing employee payroll concerns.
