- Prepare and update the Manpower Report
- Assist with general office matters (e.g., sourcing quotations, coordinating with IT, office supplies, booking flights/hotels, etc.)
- Collect and review Attendance Record Sheets from employees
- Prepare and record OT report and processing approvals.
- Process Inventory take out form
- Process Gasoline and Parking fee claim for staffs
- Prepare and process Business Trip Advance and claim for staffs
- Prepare Report MNT revenue, cost, Expense, profit and loss monthly statement.
- Handle Logistic Operations: Quotation Comparison and Coordinate with logistic agents and suppliers.
- Prepare the equipment rental , the office rental, warehouse rental ,Apartment rental with all agreement.
- Prepare all relate insurance that MET-KH must be do in annual year.
- Other administration tasks assigned by Supervisors and Managements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years working experiences in Administration
- IT Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Most Preferable is Highly-Motivated Ones who want to be the Professional in field
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
