Job Summary

sale manager to join our innovative, client-focused workplace. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales and effective employee engagement and has a wealth of experience in supervising team members and setting goals and targets for their team, team building, sales strategy implementation, creating sales marketing management, ensuring remarkable productivity of sales, and developing sales management reports.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assist the General Manager in making sales policies, regulations, etc. Designing and implementing strategic sales plans.
  • Designing and implementing strategic sales marketing plans.
  • Oversee the work of the sales member section for day-by-day.
  • Ensure effective coordination and collaboration between the Administration, Accountant, and other sectors in the Business office in Cambodia. 
  • Brief to the General Manager regularly on developments and
  • activities within the sales activities of Business in Cambodia. 
  • Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales & marketing, and promoting the Company’s presence throughout Cambodia.
  • Promote/sell to potential customers.
  • Maintaining and improving relationships with the customers.
  • Handles customer complaints and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Personally observe the performance of sales & marketing representatives in the field regularly.
  • Ensure the targets are realistic and achievable.
  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development, and product knowledge development.
  • Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends
  • Preparation of weekly sales reports Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales & marketing team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports
  • Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
  • Other tasks as authorized by the General manager.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (Marketing).
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a sales manager concerning food hygiene, medical hygiene, or other related fields.
  • Excellent command of English both writing and speaking.
  • High commitment to challenge in working for segments such as Food Sanitation, Medical Hygiene, Public Hygiene, and Consumers.
  • High commitment and interest in working on Hygiene Management.
  • Always maintain a professional appearance and promote a positive company image.
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Good at marketing concepts/creativity, initiative, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Passionate to meet with people, reliable and self-confident.
  • Background in working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and good problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy, MS Office, Internet, and E-mail.
  • Trustworthy and best effort to perform duties.
