To play a key role in driving company business to deliver the KPI set, build the company's brand name, and grow business sustainability through a strategic plan.
• Manage business operations and resources to achieve company goals.
• Lead the planning and implementation of business strategies.
• Control expenses and budgets to ensure alignment with the company’s direction.
• Delegate product handling responsibilities to the sales team.
• Set sales targets for the sales team and monitor their achievement.
• Enhance customer engagement by supporting the sales team.
• Improve team performance and competencies through training, coaching, and relevant support.
• Collaborate closely with vendors on sales forecasts, reports, market analysis, strategic plans, and targets.
• Work with relevant teams to execute large-scale projects when necessary.
• Conduct and monitor market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts as needed for management and vendors.
• Be accountable for achieving the budget and the performance of the team.
• Prepare business plans and reports for the Business Director.
• Attend trade meetings, relevant exhibitions, and training sessions.
• Cultivate effective relationships with decision-makers in key accounts.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
• Bachelor in a business-related field or Bachelor of science in chemistry, bioengineering, or life science with a sales
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory or 3 years in Management role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in Sales & Marketing.
• Several years of experience in product development, preferably in the scientific industry, are typically required.
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills are crucial.
• The ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects is also important.
