Responsibilities and Duties
  • Identify and approach new clients across government offices, private businesses, and high-potential households.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and homeowners to offer cleaning solutions tailored to their pain points and budget.
  • Prepare and present quotations, service packages, and proposals that reflect client needs.
  • Lead meetings, presentations, and on-site walkthroughs with both institutional and residential customers.
  • Negotiate service agreements and follow through on contracts and renewals.
  • Maintain a strong client database and pipeline using tracking tools or CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations and CRM teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Monitor feedback and upsell new services based on client usage and satisfaction.
  • Report sales activity weekly to the CEO/COO
Qualifications and Skills
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally across both B2B (institutions) and B2C (households or retail).
  • Confidence and professionalism when speaking with clients—from homeowners to government officers and corporate executives.
  • Excellent communication in Khmer and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong follow-up habits and ability to build trust quickly.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
  • Comfortable preparing quotes, proposals, and using digital tools to track work.
  • Experience in service-based industries (cleaning, logistics, home services, or facilities management).
  • Familiarity with government bidding or procurement processes.
  • Existing client network in Phnom Penh or other major cities.
