As the Activation Manager, you'll have the outstanding opportunity to craft and implement marketing strategies that resonate with our target consumers. Your ability to interpret the latest lifestyle trends and transform them into compelling programs and events will be crucial in reinforcing our brand's proposition and equity.
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing, brand activation, and consumer digital programs.
- Proven ability to lead event strategies and execute marketing activations. Strong understanding of lifestyle trends and how to integrate them into campaigns
- Effective team leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail, initiative, and adaptability
- Professional, well-presented, and able to perform under pressure • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; culturally sensitive
- Solid analytical skills for budget tracking and expense management
- Experience in the tobacco or alcohol industry is a plus
1. Translate the brand objective to connect with consumer experience and journey.
- Interpret brand objectives and translate them into consumer-centric strategies that align with each stage of the customer journey.
2. Event Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales (M&S) team to deliver brand plans and objectives through innovative event strategies.
- Activate brand content at key events to engage consumers and enhance brand visibility.
3. Trend Analysis & Integration
Monitor emerging lifestyle trends and translate insights into engaging programs and event concepts.
4. Consumer Program Development
- Design and lead consumer-centric programs that reinforce brand relevance and drive engagement.
- Digital activation and program development.
5. Team Leadership
- Manage and guide a team to ensure brand-consistent execution across all activations.
- Promote a high-performance, collaborative working environment.
- Agency management skills.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, partners, customers, and collaborators to ensure successful program execution in terms of quality, cost, and timelines.
7. Budget & Expense Management
- Track activation expenses regularly to ensure transparency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Lead the preparation and management of the annual budget for activation programs.
