- Welcome and greet visitor/guest and refer them to relevant person
- Register visitor/guest and brief them on safety requirements/procedure in the office
- Answer phone call or inquire in person and provide relevant response and information.
- Do office building maintenance and office equipment maintenance, Aircon, printer/copy machine etc.
- Place order, receive and monitor stationary and office supply, record stock and monitor usage
- Do all PO/GA in the system for all relevant HR/Admin expenses
- Montly bill payment processing phone, utilities, internet expense, stationary...etc
- Frequently check on the desk phone credit balance and make sure it is active all the time
- Arrange postpaid service for staff and monthly bill payment
- Control asset for new comer and resigned staff)
- Arrange document send out and keep register document In and Out
- Administer meeting rooms keep clean, tidy with all necessary facility working well & stationary available
- Assist in logistic and administering of company event
- Assist recruitment task such as schedule and contact candidate for test/interview, administering the test etc.
- Other task assigned by superior
- business administration or related filed
- 1-2 year office administration job experience
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Computer literate (Excel, Microsoft word, and Power point)
- Able to communicate well at all level
- Good hospitality and presentation, customer service skills
- Very organized and tidy, detail oriented, helpful and initiative, multi tasking.
- Patient, calm and pleasant personality.
