Responsibilities and Duties

Finance & Accounting Tasks:

  • Receiving original documents/invoice from suppliers, input details into accounting system, saving files for all documents.
  • Prepare payment to vendor and also assist to remit fund to HQ.
  • Prepare weekly cash forecast submit to BOD.
  • Review Account Receivable to ensure AR is collected timely and deposited to bank properly.
  • Dealing external audit and also tax audit.
  • Proceeding SOP of Tax declaration for company every month/quarter/year based on policy of Cambodia tax Department.
  • Submit all kind of Tax fees for company based on policy of Cambodia Government.
  • Establish & submit all kinds of report based on right time (month/quarter/year) to departments of Government: Taxation, Insurance, Labor management….
  • Sending documents, reports of accounting based on request/guideline of BOD.
  • On behalf of Company work with Departments of Government.
  • Coordination with accounting team in HDQ to settle all accounting issues occur.
  • Other tasks assign by manager..

Admin Task:

  • Assistant for Regional Manager to make list, monitor, manage all assets of office.
  • Support Regional Manager to monitor administrative tasks such as composing documents, payment for office expenses; appointment management,…
  • To ensure Company's activities fully comply with the provisions of the Labor Law in Cambodia.
  • Submit Reports related to status of Labor usage according to local regulations.
  • Support HR, recruitment, composing Labor contract, management of employee profile, timesheet, insurance registration (if any).
  • Other duties to be assigned in specific situation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in Accounting and Tax Auditing
  • Analytical skills and strong interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Good problem solving and influencing skills
  • Must be honest, responsible, and positive attitude toward customer and helpful colleagues
  • Willing to work heard and flexible as required by Management
  • Good English speaking
  • Be able to work under pressure and good at working as team
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
