A business analyst plays a crucial role in organizations by analyzing data and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to business problems. Core responsibilities will be to drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.

·      Work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyze current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve their desired outcome.

·      Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

·      Use data to suggest ways that Dynamic Group can operate more efficiently and gather and analyze data to develop and investigate potential solutions to organizational challenges.

·      Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements and defining reporting and alerting requirements.

·      Develop solid business cases to drive value creation through alignment to business objectives and priorities, business process analysis, and information flow analysis.

·      Facilitate business process change within the relevant groups and functions.

Develop strong collaborative relationships with IT colleagues across Dynamic Information Technology to ensure delivered solutions and services can be appropriately leveraged and value realized.

• University degree, bachelor’s degree in pharma or business administration (MBA is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience demonstrating relevant qualifications.
• Proven experience in business analytics
• Experience with cross-functional project management is a plus
• Business analysts need to have excellent analytical skills to analyze documents, data, user surveys, and workflows, as well as strong business acumen and organizational abilities to balance strategies against what is functionally, technologically, and financially feasible. They also need to have strong technical skills, including proficiency with database management, and excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights. 
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and model business processes for process optimization and measure business outcomes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of key business analysis skills, including business architecture, business process management, and business intelligence.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and define data flows and processes.
