A business analyst plays a crucial role in organizations by analyzing data and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to business problems. Core responsibilities will be to drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.

· Work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyze current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve their desired outcome.
· Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
· Use data to suggest ways that Dynamic Group can operate more efficiently and gather and analyze data to develop and investigate potential solutions to organizational challenges.
· Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements and defining reporting and alerting requirements.
· Develop solid business cases to drive value creation through alignment to business objectives and priorities, business process analysis, and information flow analysis.
· Facilitate business process change within the relevant groups and functions.
Develop strong collaborative relationships with IT colleagues across Dynamic Information Technology to ensure delivered solutions and services can be appropriately leveraged and value realized.
