The position will work closely with the relevant team and finance/accounting manager to ensure that all assigned tasks are completed on time and accurately. This include direct responsibility for issuing tax invoices to clients and managing the daily purchase transactions. The position has primary responsibility for ensuring all transactions are recorded in system
- Prepare tax invoices for both clients and across internal divisions
- Responsible for checking and recording daily operational expenses in the ERP system after approval
- Handle and replenishment petty cash
- Managing Accounts Payable
- Responsible for payment process and make sure all supporting documents are attached and approved
- Ensure the all Bank Reconciliation are up-to-date
- Review daily accounting supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Prepare monthly reports
- Remains up to date with relevant taxation laws
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Managers
- Fresh graduated with Accounting and Finance background
- Knowledge of Cambodia Taxation and Labour Law
- ERP Accounting System knowledge will be considered preferentially
- Computer Literate (Ms. Word, Advance Excel, Internet and Email)
- Good command of English both speaking and writing
- Positive attitude and enjoy with team working
- Good interpersonal skill and communication
- Willing to learn the new thing and good at dealing/facing challenge
