ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL REPORTING:
- Monitor financial hard copy filing
- Support to close accounting book at month-end
- Prepare local Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Support local users with financial related matters
TAX:
- Prepare monthly tax return
- Support periodic tax review, inspection, audit
TREASURY:
- Support GBS to communicate with the bank for daily payment and operation
- Handle bank update based on approved SOX and legal requirements
- Monitor daily cash collection deposited into bank
INVENTORY
- Perform periodic physical inventory counts and conduct physical fixed asset counts. Tag fixed assets to allow for correct tracking of company assets.
PROCESS & SOP:
- Perform assigned testing in regional and corporate financial projects
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Communicate with cross-function to ensure financial needs are being addressed and met
- Interacts with bankers, auditors, tax authorities, insurance companies, distributors, vendors, suppliers & consultants for daily operation.
- At least 2 years relevant Finance work experience.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting
- Knowledge of MS Words, Excel and Outlook.
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Good oral and written English
- Experience with ERP system such as Oracle or SAP is a big plus
- Local accounting knowledge
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
