Mall manager provides monthly outcomes and prepares monthly estimates to analyze actual results against Plan and review variances between actual performances.

• Duties and Main Responsibilities:
• Professional overview, awareness and support to the principal’s team

• Events and Marketing
• Report- regular monthly and quarterly management reports to “The Principal”
• Quality Risks Management Audit- quarterly reports
• Client and Tenants Satisfaction Survey-semi-annually and quarterly
• Record Keeping-leases, utilities service contract consumables etc.
• Meetings- attend all meetings with “The Principals “as requested
• Service contracts review and recommendations
• Insurance review and procurement
• Training support of “The Principal’s” recruited staff
• Regular Daily and Weekly inspections
• Mail regulations and other management documents updated
• Car parking monitoring and oversight
• Fire & Emergency Protocol
• Supervision of M&E service
• Repair & maintenance Report
• Financial/ Accounting Services
• Budget Daily and Weekly inspection
• Monthly reporting support (to include in management report)
• Invoice formatting
• Invoice Schedule preparation
• Payment confirmation/ approval, for Services support

• Making Job Descriptions

• Regulations for all visitors, guest and contractors accessing site will be draw up an implemented by Mall Manager for approval by “The Principals” Mall Manager will use all reasonable endeavors that all visitors to the mall will adhere to these regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in general management or related fields
• 5 years’ mall management and visual merchandising experience
• Knowledge of building systems and financial accounting
• Operations or facility management experience at a senior level as part of a shopping center or property management team
• Managing in a multi-functional technical services delivery environment
• Professionally represent the Company and develop strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants
• Develop and retain a highly skilled mall team
• Minimum of 1 or more years’ experience or training in management, business, or a field related to commercial
• At least one year of retail management experience is required, preferably with a mall management specialty
• Monitor all contractor performances including cleaning and security and address issues accordingly dependent upon severity either personally or through relevant Centre management team owner
• Other tasks assigned by management
