Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
Oversee weekly trucking report
Performing monthly closing and financial report
Preparing yearly budget
Key person for tax and external auditor
Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
Key person for admin's issue

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related field; Master is a plus.
Strong of accounting, finance and management principle
5 years and more experience on increased responsibility accounting at least part of which is in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with other financial systems (QuickBooks & LOG system for shipment process)
