Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Deputy CFO) will be a key leader in the finance department, supporting all financial aspects of the company's operations. This role demands a strong financial strategist with deep expertise in real estate finance, accounting, and compliance. The Deputy CFO will be instrumental in driving financial planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management, ensuring the company's financial health and supporting its strategic growth objectives.

Working Days and Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm
• Lunch time: 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling for various real estate projects (acquisition, development, disposition).
• Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by the executive team, particularly concerning new investments, divestitures, and capital allocation.
• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and communicate potential financial risks to the CFO and executive team in a timely manner.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital, optimizing investment of company funds.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and other external factors impacting the real estate financial landscape.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Oversee internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and other regulatory reporting requirements.
• Assist the CFO in leading, mentoring, and developing the finance and accounting team.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior financial management role (e.g., Controller, Director of Finance, or similar) within the real estate industry.
