This position is primarily responsible for Inventory Control in locations where store Herbalife’s products. Drive inventory count processes optimization to comply with SOP & Policy, Inventory Accuracy, Inventory Reconciliation
Inventory Control:
- Ensure Cycle Counts / Physical Counts are conducted on a periodic basis to ensure Stock Accuracy in compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / Company Policies
- Monitor & ensure reconciliation of variances identified during counts are properly explained & proper approvals are raised for Corrections / Inventory Adjustments completed within 5 working days of count
- Review & Track periodic reconciliations (Inventory recon System) & First Expiry First Out (FEFO), and confirm 3PL monthly billing on inventory on hand accuracy to proceed monthly storage payment
- Monitor & Report Inventory & Transaction accuracy on monthly basis through Locations
- Monitor & Control Inventory slow moving (AOP & Promotional), reconcile MRB inventory with reason code and transaction recode, compile and reconcile for disposal and write-off
- Conduct weekly meetings with Warehouse teams to review Inventory Accuracy, FEFO, Oracle Transaction Reconciliation
- Monitor Warehouse SOX Compliance & ensure controls are being followed as per SOP on monthly basis
- Monthly Reconciliation between Oracle & 3PL WMS (if integration implemented between 3PL & Herbalife)
- Participate in Regional Inventory Control & Compliance Council calls & drive Global / Regional initiatives & projects
- Monthly review of Miscellaneous Transactions to identify & risks / non compliances
- Support with closure of Distribution & Logistics related Internal / SOX Audit Points
- Support initiatives for process improvement in warehouse operations impacting Inventory Control
- Provide Operation support to key Sales Events of the Company as an when required

- Good Communication skill & spoken English with ability to interact effectively with all levels in the company
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong Analytical & reporting skills
- Experience using ERP system such as Oracle, SAP
- Able to work under pressure, especially during month end.
- At least 5 years of work experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / or Logistics
