Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for the overall management of the production department, and do a good job in department planning, planning and summarization;
- Responsible for establishing and improving the management norms and systems of the production department, supervising, implementing and implementing on-site management requirements;
- Responsible for participating in the formulation of the production plan, reasonably deploying personnel and equipment, ensuring the completion of the implementation of the production plan, and completing the clearance work according to the requirements to ensure that the delivery date is achieved;
- Responsible for real-time supervision of the quality of production products, follow-up and confirmation of key stations and difficult stations, and ensure the quality of the process;
- Responsible for the arrangement, scheduling and configuration of on-site personnel, reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency;
- Responsible for organizing the control and supervision of the use of production materials to avoid material loss and reduce the loss of materials and auxiliary materials;
- Responsible for dealing with production abnormalities (quality abnormalities, material abnormalities, equipment abnormalities, etc.), and communicating and giving feedback to the responsible departments in a timely manner, following up and confirming the improvement results, ensuring normal production and ensuring product quality;
- Responsible for organizing the promotion, supervision and implementation of 7S management at the production site; Improve the level of on-site management;
- Responsible for participating in the implementation of product process improvement, quality improvement, operation improvement, reducing production costs and improving product quality;
- Responsible for organizing the implementation of training on employees' operational skills, operational specifications, operational safety, quality awareness, quality, etc., to improve employees' operational skills, operational efficiency, and self-awareness, and reduce operational risks;
- Responsible for organizing and participating in employee activities, strengthening communication with employees, solving employees' difficulties, listening to employees' opinions, giving help and support, improving employees' sense of belonging, and reducing employee turnover
- Complete other temporary work arranged by superiors.
Qualifications and Skills
- More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing production management
- Able to speak at least one of the languages of Chinese or English
- Local Cambodian personnel.
