Responsibilities and Duties

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain affluent clients and grow affiliate partnerships.
  • Drive market expansion and revenue through innovative affiliate programs.
  • Ensure affluent and affiliate strategies align with business goals, delivering results.

Affluent Client Management:

  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals by addressing their financial and lifestyle needs.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of products and services for affluent clients.
  • Apply client segmentation to enhance engagement and improve retention.

Affiliate Management:

  • Recruit, onboard, and oversee affiliate partners to broaden organizational influence.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, ensuring adherence to agreements, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Design incentive structures to boost affiliate productivity and loyalty.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to the segment.
  • Foster collaboration with marketing, sales, product development, and other key stakeholders to deliver cohesive and aligned strategies.

Market Insights and Innovation:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the affluent and affiliate sectors.
  • Use insights to innovate services and partnerships for a competitive advantage.
  • Drive technology and analytics integration to improve decision-making, client experiences, and affiliate management

Performance and Risk Management:

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to assess success in affluent and affiliate initiatives.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies, managing and mitigating risks.
  • Other tasks assigned by the direct line manager / senior leadership team.
Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Expert in wealth management, affluent banking, affiliate marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven records in managing HNW clients and building successful affiliate programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of financial products and services for affluent clients.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Strong awareness of market trends and regulatory requirements within the financial and affiliate sectors.
