- Establish and monitor tender schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
- Minimise Variation Orders (VO) and prevent Extensions of Time (EoT).
- Ensure timely supplier certifications and manage contracts and costs efficiently.
- Complete Final Accounts accurately and on time.
- Obtain competitive bids and award tenders as per schedule.
- Control project costs to maintain overall budgets from inception to completion.
- Assist with departmental business plans, cost budgets, strategic sourcing, and quarterly construction cost reviews.
- Evaluate contractors’ bids, assess price competitiveness, and monitor major cost elements.
- Lead consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project delivery meets time, cost, quality, and compliance standards.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying & Building Technology or any related fields.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consultancy firm or property development.
- Must be computer literate, especially Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be good in speaking and writing in English and Khmer. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Possess pleasant personality, independent, and able to multi-task.
- Quick learner, highly responsible, and able to take instructions clearly.
- Preferably with experience in the property industry, which will be an added advantage.
