Responsibilities and Duties
- Transferring information from confirmed orders to suppliers, creating clear and concise instructions.
- Review tech packs and patterns to guarantee accurate first-time samples, minimizing revisions and delays.
- Oversee the development of first samples, pre-production samples, and size sets, including grading.
- Collaborate with our international team and suppliers to achieve perfect samples before bulk production.
- Make necessary pattern modifications for suppliers as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Extensive experience with Gerber software is essential.
- Strong sewing and pattern making skills.
- Thorough understanding of garment terminology and construction.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
