The Service Supervisor oversees the service processes and acts as a liaison between the customer and the service department. Their responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to their concerns about vehicle issues, providing advanced on maintenance and repair options, preparing service orders, and keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the repair processes.
- Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the process of current projects, and overseeing the service team members to ensure the team's objective and sales goals are met
- Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
- Assist with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and finalizing invoices, processing new orders, and tracking parts inventory
- Setting up and maintaining a working process and evaluating its efficiency
- Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues
- Auditing tasks and customer service to ensure company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met
- Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, laws, ensure the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining the current on the industry's standards and innovations, materials, tools, and processes
- Weekly/monthly base reporting to Top Management, establish KPIs for service & part team, process new strategies monthly to achieve the target
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous automotive service experience is highly advantageous
- Strong industry knowledge
- Excellence leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress
- Respect local culture and self-involve in different situations
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
- High degree of self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent in English both speaking and writing
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Internet, and Email
