Job Summary

Responsible for working closely on the Recruitment Management System (RMS) on creating new job openings, new jobs advertising, collecting updated CVs, saving new CVs, and updating information of candidate profiles; supporting team leader on all matters related to candidate and client of recruitment projects; Ensuring self-development and learning toward getting good performer recognition and evaluation at the end of the internship program.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Business development:

  • Contribute in organizing business presentations, fairs, events, etc.
  • Marketing and selling HRINC services where possible

2. Candidate processes:

  • Working within thee Recruitment Team in building a network and sourcing new candidates on a day-to-day basis
  • Screening CVs to match client Job Specifications
  • Scheduling and coordinating the candidate for interviewing on a daily basis to ensure the pipeline of candidates is being built on a daily basis
  • Assist team leader in providing feedback to the candidate and candidate preparation for interviews with clients as well as general career counseling
  • Getting candidate’s information, past experience, expectations, motivations, and compensation for supervisor where needed
  • Writing summary notes of a candidate for supervisor where needed
  • Ensuring that candidate information is updated in the RMS System and available to access when needed
  • Collecting updated CVs of candidates to ensure candidate pool and candidate profile are up-to-day and can effectively support recruitment projects of clients

3. Client management and follow-up:

  • Maintain and update the client information for the direct team leader or others
  • Arrange interview with the candidate to go to the client’s office

4. Recruitment Administration

  • Create and update candidates profiles and open positions into the recruitment management system (RMS)
  • Do weekly achievement reports to report to direct supervisor
  • Notice errors of RMS and report the errors
  • Job opening advertising on HRINC’s and other related websites, and ensure all JDs posted are in the correct format
  • Accept allocated tasks with no rejection, but passion to get clear information to get the tasks done effectively
  • Perform other tasks as assigned direct supervisor including recruitment manager, and recruitment team leaders within the whole REC department

5. Capacity and self-development:

  • You have to develop your capacity by learning the following:
  • How to follow up post-placement time with clients and candidates
  • How to negotiate compensation package with client and candidate
  • How to influence the candidate’s decision to accept the offer based on knowledge
  • How to influence the client’s decision on the best candidate for the job
  • How to manage expectations on compensation
  • How to overcome objections and challenges on getting a final agreement between the client and the candidate
Qualifications and Skills


At least be a fourth-year student of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields

Knowledge & Experience

  • Possess some working experience in the related field is an advantage
  • Knowledge and good understanding about Cambodia's Labour Law and other relevant regulations or statutory requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mind-set of business development and customer focus
