The successful candidate will be responsible for Recruitment, Training and development, Time attendance, Office Administration. He will also be responsible for shaping the work environment while implementing and maintaining Iris values on a daily level as well as being the guardian of policies and procedures.
Recruitment
- Send Email to appoint candidate for onsite interview, Setup reminder calendar for the date/time interview
- Key/ Update Employee data in employees list file
- Preparation necessary things for new employees, such as Emil address, Software license PC, Laptop, working place
- Setup reminder calendar for probation review (45days 90days), prepare file for probation evaluation
Administration
- Manage, control, buy, distribute Office Equipment/ Consumables (Housekeeping), Office supply (Drink water, Coffee, etc.)
- Manage, buy, distribute control Stationery stock,
- Manage, control, borrowing Laptop, Mouse, Keyboard, IT Devices
- Manage, control Uniform Stock, company souvenir, etc.
- Coordinate with Building Administrator for maintenance, repairing, improvement of building infrastructure such as toilet, Air con. Drink water machine, Office renovation.
- Buy Office Equipment, such as a Computer, IT Devices, Desk, Etc.
- Control List Asset
- Hotel booking, Car booking or any other booking to support Employee in the group who visit Thailand.
- Coordinate with Pest control company for monthly to protect Insects termites
- Coordinate with IT to support employees able to work smoothly with their devices and network.
Time attendance
- Tracking, key, record any Leave from employees,
- Import Time attendance from finger scan device to generate Late, Leave Report.
Welfare
- Submit document online to register new employee, and resigned employee for social security fund
- Submit document for Life insurance for new employee and notify for resigned person, prepare document for renewing group insurance for yearly
- Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources or related field)
- A male with previous Experience in HR Role (1 to 3 years)
- Computer and Microsoft office expertise
- Good understanding of Labor laws
- Good coordinating & Service mind
- Be dedicated and responsible to work
- English communication skill
