This role will be responsible for providing a broad range of Outsourcing services, including employer of record management, administration, payroll executive, compliance, and clerical support to the respective clients both local and international.
1. HR Project Management
- Collect and prepare employee personnel files
- Manage the employee information in HR Payroll System (ERP)
- Prepare employment contracts, agreements, and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor law and client’s company policies
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes if required
- Handle employee insurance coverages and claiming processes
- Act as the main contact person between outsourced employees and clients
- Follow up on client requests and ensure service delivery meets agreed standards
- Support project manager in client reporting and ensure proper documentation and filing on time.
2. Payroll & Accounting Work
- Calculate salary tax, benefit tax, and other related to staff remuneration in compliance with regulations
- Process and submit the monthly payroll to the supervisor
- Prepare and send out salary slips to outsourced employees
- Support clients with payroll-related inquiries and reporting
- Review monthly expense claims to ensure accuracy
- Prepare payment vouchers and issue invoices to clients
- Follow up on outstanding payments from clients
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
3. Team Engagement
- Support the team with general administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in the department
- Assist in training the interns/junior staff as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in HR C&B, Payroll or Accounting is an advantage
- Good in English communication both written and spoken
- Knowledgeable in Cambodia Labor Law and Taxation
- Prefer working with number and people
- Good Team player
