The Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Steung Mean Chey. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant (AP & AR) to manage daily accounting tasks.

Report to the Accounting Manager.

Job Condition:

• Location: Steung Mean Chey, Phnom Penh
• Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Holidays: Major Public Holidays Only
• Industry: FMCG company

1. Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

• Prepare, record, and maintain financial transactions, including journal entries, invoices, and payments in QuickBooks.
• Vendor Invoice Processing: Receive, verify, and enter supplier/vendor invoices into QuickBooks,

2. Daily Cash, Bank & Document Reconciliation

• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Manage petty cash funds, maintain accurate expense logs, and prepare cash refill requests.
• Archive QuickBooks backup files and backup daily sales invoices.

3. Sales, Trade & Operational Tracking

• Verify daily records for sales promotions, discounts, and trade support schemes.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
• Prepare operational cost reports and other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
