Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare, record, and maintain financial transactions, including journal entries, invoices, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
- Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience (logistics experience is preferred).
- Good skills in Microsoft Office, Internet, and email.
- Patient, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
- Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.
