Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and aging reports.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
• Record and reconcile customer receipts.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Taxation

• Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax declarations.
• Calculate and reconcile VAT, Withholding Tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Liaise with tax authorities during audits and inspections.
• Maintain proper tax documentation and records.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations.

General Administration

• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
• Support office facilities and administration activities

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, and Administration.
• Familiarity with tax invoices, VAT, and withholding tax requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and taxation regulations.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations is an advantage
• Good understanding of general administrative and office management practices
• Good command of Khmer and English, both written and spoken
• Honest, accurate, be flexible, be respectful and able to work under pressure
