Job Summary

The HR Outsourcing Assistant (C&B) will be responsible for delivering workforce services by ensuring accurate payroll processing, employee record management, invoicing, and employee benefits administration. The role works closely with clients, outsourced employees, and internal teams to maintain compliance, resolve payroll-related matters, and ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Payroll Administration

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Calculate overtime (OT), allowances, deductions, and other related-payroll processes including monthly salary slips.
  • Calculate salary tax, verify expense claims, and employee benefits in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Coordinate employee insurance coverage and ensure it is processed according to company and client policies.
  • Prepare and manage employee files, contracts and other employment records.
  • Ensure employment contracts and related agreements are properly signed, filed, and maintained.

2. Client and Employee Relations

  • Prepare and issue monthly invoices to clients accurately and on schedule.
  • Follow up on invoice payments and maintain proper billing records.
  • Communicate with outsourced employees regarding payroll, attendance, claims, and HR-related matters.
  • Liaise with clients and project supervisors to collect payroll data and resolve administrative issues within agreed timelines.

3. Team Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Outsourcing team as required.
  • Assist in training interns or new team members when assigned.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration, HR, Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 1 experience in HR preferable in C&B, Accounting or other related works
  • Good in English communication both written and spoken.
  • Good computer skills and Microsoft suite for office.
  • Prefer working with number and people
  • Willing to work under pressure and deadline
