- Prepare and manage the company's incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Cooperate and maintain good relations with local authorities.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with staff in all branches.
- Compile and organize company documents into folders for better efficiency.
- Organize and manage the office, ensuring office operations run smoothly.
- Manage and update employee data.
- Prepare the payroll for employees.
- Coordinate the use of the request/proposal system across all branches.
- Assist the manager in preparing various documents related to administration and human resources (HR).
- Assist the manager in staff recruitment (JD, Test, Announcement, Short-list, Interview).
- Manage employee absences and prepare reports.
- Manage and process identification cards for employees.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resource management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experiences in HR administration
- Teamwork and can travel for missions in the provinces.
- Able to read and write English well.
- Proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email).
- Being gentle/polite, honest, and be patient with work.
