Location Phnom Penh

Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned market segments.
Promote and sell the company's products and solutions to contractors, consultants, developers, factories, and commercial clients.
Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and project inspections to understand client requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and project cost estimates.
Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and project progress to secure sales orders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Coordinate with technical, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project pipelines.
Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry-related activities when required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in project sales, HVAC, maintenance, construction materials, engineering products, or related industries.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Able to travel frequently for client meetings, project discussions, and site inspections.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command of English is an advantage.
Possess a valid driving license and own transportation is preferred.
