Business Planning & PMO Manager

• Annual budget, forecast and business planning process ownership
• Monthly and quarterly business performance reporting
• Revenue, GP, EBIT and KPI analysis, including variance explanations
• HQ and regional management reporting coordination
• Preparation of management presentations and review materials
• Investment proposals, ROI/payback analysis and business cases
• Strategic planning and special projects support
• PMO oversight for key business initiatives and action tracking
• Cross-functional coordination among Operations, Commercial and Finance teams
• Another task will be assigned by manager

Years of Experience

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Business Planning, FP&A, Commercial Planning, Strategy, or PMO, Strong analytical, financial modelling and Excel skills, Experience in logistics, supply chain, 3PL, transportation or related industries preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Computer’s program

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation capabilities

Language

• Good command of both written & spoken English

• Patience, flexibility, problem solving, able to work under pressure, team-oriented, Able to work independently with senior stakeholders and HQ teams
