Accounting and Finance Officer

Learn the company’s accounting and finance procedures with training and work review. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as capability develops.

• Check the completeness of receipt and payment documents, invoices and expense records.
• Prepare receipt and payment vouchers and record basic accounting entries as assigned.
• Maintain receipt and payment registers and prepare monthly expense summaries.
• Assist with bank and customer payment reconciliations and follow up on differences.
• Prepare and file supporting documents for monthly closing, tax and audit work.
• Receive handover tasks, learn company systems and perform related duties as assigned.

• Qualification in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Basic accounting knowledge and working skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Approximately 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience is an advantage.
• Accurate, honest, able to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn, accept guidance and ask questions when clarification is needed.
• Basic English communication skills. Thai language ability is an advantage.
