Report to: Accounting Manager

Working Hour

Monday to Friday:

* Morning: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

* Afternoon: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

Location: Phnom Penh

Salary: Negotiable

• Record daily cash book (income & expenses)
• Control pretty cash
• Teacher Payroll
• Prepare invoices, payments, and receipt vouchers
• File all invoices and other documents in the correct order and properly
• Review and process expense reports and bank reconciliations
• Clear daily cash clearance
• Perform other relevant and assigned tasks

• Year 4 or a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in general accounting tasks (No experience is also acceptable)
• Knowledge and experience using QuickBooks
• Good at Ms. Word and Ms. Excel
• Good command of English; honest, friendly, humble, open-minded, and willing to learn
• Must be responsible, reliable, resourceful, punctual, creative, and cooperative
