The Sales Admixture Engineer Manager leads the admixture sales team and grows the concrete admixture business. S/He sets the sales strategy and pricing, manages key accounts such as ready-mix and precast producers and contractors, works with the technical team on mix design and site trials, and coaches the team to achieve sales and margin targets.

1. Set the annual admixture sales strategy, budget and business plan.
2. Achieve sales, volume and margin targets through pricing strategy, promotions and accurate forecasts.
3. Manage and grow key accounts: ready-mix plants, precast producers, contractors and project owners.
4. Develop new customers and new applications to expand market share.
5. Work with the technical team on mix design, laboratory trials and on-site product support.
6. Handle customer complaints and product performance issues with the technical team.
7. Coordinate with supply chain on demand forecasts and timely delivery to avoid shortages.
8. Work with marketing on materials, product launches and competitor information.
9. Lead, coach and train the sales team to deliver and achieve KPIs team.
10. Monitor cash collections and credit control in the assigned accounts.
11. Report sales performance, forecasts and market situation to Management monthly.
12. Other tasks as assigned by Management.

1. Education: Engineering's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in construction materials, including team management.
3. Computer Skill: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Language: Good in both Khmer and English. Chinese is a plus.
5. Other Requirement: Strong leadership, negotiation and technical selling skills. Result-driven, proactive and a team player with high integrity. Able to work under pressure and travel to plants and project sites. Valid driving license is preferable.
