Responsibilities and Duties

Achieve the target set by the management
Follow all the company’s policies, guidelines, procedures and instructors to ensure the compliance and no risk
Ensure great customer services to all customers
Participate with supervisor and manager to innovate the marketing facility
Promote financial leasing service to fleet customers (corporate sales)
Maintain and build good relationship with all dealers’ staff
Improve customer services by respecting customers at all time
Build up good customer services
Achieve the sales target
Support all sales events and activities
Collect all the related requirement document from customers for procession leasing
Screen and key-in the application and issue the lease contract
Join with Manager for all the marketing activity
Assist Manager to handle the social media (by responding to the customers’ simple questions) and to up to date the company website
Sales and Marketing Function Operation Management
Strictly follow the company/ the function’s policies, guidelines, procedure and instructors
Report Management
Daily report for supervisor and manager
Other tasks
Perform pre-assessment and track-in into the system
Perform other jobs assigned by supervisor and manager

Strong ability to negotiate and build relationship
Strong presentation skills and convincing ability
Ability to work under matrix environment with deadline
Result oriented
Great service mind and good team player
Ability to work on multi-task and highly self-motivated
Computer literacy in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), internet, email and research
Analytical skill
Creative and innovative
Good command in English
Be available to travel to province/rural areas
